Richmond Montessori School is thrilled to welcome you and your young adventurers to Falcon Explorers Summer Camp! Get ready for a summer filled with exciting adventures, new friendships, and unforgettable experiences.
We are excited to announce that students over the age of 6+ in the Richmond area are welcome to join our Elementary + Middle School Camps! You should register your child based on the grade they will enter in Fall 2024.
Camps will run from 9:00am-3:00pm with an extended care option until 5:00pm available on a weekly basis.In April, registrants will receive a detailed handbook with information on the staff working that particular week, forms for registration (due no later than June 1st. 2024), and items your child will need to pack for camp.

Summer Camp Registration
Important Registration Dates:
- Registration is open until March 22nd, 2024. If camps do not meet minmum regitration requirements, parents/caregivers will be notified and refunded by March 29th.
- The Summer Camp handbook will be sent to those registered on April 16th, 2024.
- All summer forms including medication forms are due no later than June 1st, 2024.
How To Register (Current students (2023-2024 school year) + newly enrolled students (2024-25 school year):
- Visit our summer camp site
- Log in or create a new parent account.
- In the search bar, type "Richmond Montessori School"
- Register each child separately.
- Register your child for camps for the level in which they will be enrolled for the 2024-25 school year. Students who turn 3, and are fully potty trained, by June 17, 2024 can register for Primary camps.

How To Register (Outside students, 1st-8th grade):

- Log in or create a new parent account.

- Click on the "Camp" tab to view our camp options
- Register each child separately.
- Register your child for camps for the grade in which they will be enrolled for the 2024-25 school year. Outside students must be at least 6 years old to attend our camps.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration closes March 22nd, 2024 at noon. If a camp does not meet minimum number requirements, those camps will be canceled and registrants will be notified and refunded on March 29th, 2024.
In order to receive a full refund, Summer Camp enrollment must be withdrawn or canceled on or before May 3, 2024. Summer Camp cancellation requests made on May 4, 2024 until May 31st, 2024, shall receive only a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after the last date allowed for cancellation shall be considered forfeited in favor of the camp and will not receive a refund or credit. Camp registrations cannot be transferred to another student.
No refunds or credits will be given due to illness (including COVID-19).
Who Can Attend?
Toddler Camp (18 months to 3 years) is open to current and newly enrolled (2024-2025 school year) RMS students only. Toddlers who turn 3 after June 17, 2024 should register for Primary camps. Newly enrolled students attending camp must have all of their new student paperwork turned in and accepted no later than June 1st, 2024 to attend camp.
Primary Camp (ages 3-6) is open to current and newly enrolled (2024-2025 school year) RMS students only. Primary students who will be entering our Elementary program in the fall should register for Lower Elementary camps. Newly enrolled students attending camp must have all of their new student paperwork turned in and accepted no later than June 1st, 2024 to attend camp. Students in these camps must be potty-trained. Diapers/Pull-ups for Rest are okay.
Lower Elementary Camp (grades 1-3) is open to current and newly enrolled (2024-2025 school year) RMS students as well as other students in the surrounding area who are between the ages of 6-9 and entering 1st-3rd grade in the fall of 2024. Lower Elementary students who will be entering an Upper Elementary program in the fall (grades 4-6) should register for our Upper Elementary camps. Newly enrolled and non-RMS students attending camp must have all of their paperwork turned in and accepted no later than June 1st, 2024 to attend camp.
Upper Elementary (grades 4-6) + Middle School (grades 7-8) Camp is open to current and newly enrolled (2024-2025 school year) RMS students as well as other students in the surrounding area who are between the ages of 9-14 and entering 4th-8th grade in the fall of 2024. Newly enrolled and non-RMS students attending camp must have all of their paperwork turned in and accepted no later than June 1st, 2024 to attend camp.
