Payment Options

RMS partners with the FACTS Management Company to provide an automated payment system via an electronic funds transfer or a credit card. FACTS assesses a 2.5% convenience fee on credit card transactions. FACTS charges an enrollment fee per family as shown below. Payment options are as follows:

1 full payment, due July 1, 2012 (FACTS enrollment fee is waived)

2 payments, due July 1, 2012 and December 1, 2012 (FACTS enrollment fee is $10/year)

10 payments, due the first of each month from July 1, 2012 through April 1, 2013 (FACTS enrollment fee is $43/year)

Financial Aid
RMS's financial aid program reflects our commitment to maintaining an economically diverse student body. Aid is available to current students and to any applicant who is qualified for admission to RMS with verifiable needs. Application forms for aid, the Parent Financial Statement (PFS), can be requested through the Admissions Office, (804) 741-0040, ext. 11. RMS uses the School and Student Service for Financial Aid in Pittsburgh, PA to assess need. The Financial Aid Committee meets to review each processed request and makes all final determinations regarding monetary rewards.
