Bree joined the RMS faculty in August 2010. She received her Montessori Elementary 9-12 Credential from the Center for Montessori Education in New York. She earned her BA in Psychology with a certification in Early Education NK-5 from the University of Richmond and her Master’s in Elementary Education from University of Virginia. She also holds a certification as a Library Media Specialist for Pre K-12. Bree was recently chosen to join the American Montessori Society’s Leadership Fellowship Program.
Bree assumes the role of Director of Elementary Education this year. She brings to the role a solid foundation with her education, expertise, and experience. Her breadth of experience teaching in both public schools and here at RMS gives Bree much perspective into the broad scope of education. After ten years in the Upper Elementary Classroom, Bree is looking forward to this leadership role in support of the RMS Elementary Program.
