As an alum, Charlie re-joined the Richmond Montessori community in the fall of 2019 after spending two years managing programs at a local non-profit, Junior Achievement. Charlie graduated from James Madison University with a degree in history, minor in Spanish, and concentration in secondary education. Charlie is passionate about social justice, advocacy and building strong communities.
