“Mr. Dug” has been with RMS since 2006. In addition to coordinating and completing the general maintenance and upkeep for the school, he also repairs Montessori classroom materials and creates new woodworking products for the Montessori classrooms. Dug earned his BFA from VCU and has many successful years as a wood artisan.
