Isabella Boehling is excited to join the Richmond Montessori School community as a Reading Specialist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Elementary Education from Randolph-Macon College, along with a K–12 English endorsement. She went on to complete her Master's of Education in Reading at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she also earned her Reading Specialist endorsement. Isabella enjoys creating engaging, supportive, and fun learning opportunities that foster a lifelong love of reading. She believes that every child can grow as a reader when provided with the right strategies, encouragement, and a nurturing environment. Outside the classroom, Isabella enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
