Lili received her B.A. in American Studies from The College of William and Mary and her M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University. She taught English and History at the middle school level before deciding to pursue her Library certification from Longwood University. She was a Librarian at Adams Elementary School in Henrico County for three years before joining the faculty at Richmond Montessori School in 2015.
