Theresa Neirmeyer

 Theresa Niermeyer has a BFA in Dance, and a Master's in Education. She was the Director of the Dance Department at a Performing Arts High School for six years, where she also collaborated with school leadership to implement Arts Integration and Culturally Relevant Teaching school wide. Since having her son, Theresa has served as a resource for homeschooling families and became increasingly interested in the Montessori Method. After working at RMS as a substitute, she is excited to join the Primary team this year.
