What first brought you to RMS?

My mom used to have a daycare in our country, so I grew up with a passion for teaching and working with children. When we moved from NYC, I was looking for a job, and RMS became an opportunity for me. My mom was also the one who encouraged me because she has always loved the Montessori method. That is how I started my journey at RMS

What’s something you love seeing students get excited about?

The joy they experience when they successfully complete a piece of work

What’s something you’re currently learning?

In my free time I try to learn Korean

What’s your favorite RMS tradition, event, or community moment?

Farm day; and winter fest
