What’s your favorite part of a school day?

As an administrator who doesn’t spend much of my day in the classroom, I genuinely love morning carpool! It gives me a chance to connect with students, say hello to parents, and start my morning with a little fresh air. It’s a simple part of the day, but one that makes me feel connected to our wonderful school community

If you were a bug, what bug would you be and why?

I would be a caterpillar. I'd spend my days crunchin’ and munchin’, taking a gloriously long nap, and then one day wake up as a beautiful butterfly, free to flutter around wherever my little heart desires. Tell me that doesn't sound totally awesome!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

"No feeling lasts forever." This reminder has carried me through difficult times, reassuring me that even the hardest moments will eventually pass. But it has also taught me to appreciate the beautiful moments, to be fully present in the things that bring me joy, because those moments are fleeting, too
