What first brought you to RMS?

I was first a student at RMS.  I began my RMS journey as a 2 and 1/2 year old. When I knew I wanted to teach, I was naturally drawn to Montessori.  While my training and first 12 years of work experience started in Atlanta,GA, when I was deciding on an education for my own children, I was drawn back to Richmond and of course to Richmond Montessori.  I came back to RMS as a primary teacher with 2 children, ages 3 and 6

What led you to your career in education?

There is nothing more gratifying than to teach another person a new skill.  Witnessing them learn something new and have success is very gratifying

What is your favorite thing about RMS?

My favorite thing about RMS is the generous and loving community
