Our Programs


Toddler & Primary

Recognized nationally as an outstanding Montessori early childhood program, our Toddler and Primary classes accept children from 2 to 6 years of age.

The RMS elementary program is a natural continuation of our primary program, and it builds on the Montessori approach to learning. Lower Elementary: 6 to 9 year olds. Upper Elementary: 9 to 12 year olds.

Our RMS Middle School builds a community based on the moral development of the individual and the social needs of the adolescent. Middle School: 12-14 year olds.

Richmond Montessori School is proud to have two campuses located on Parham Road. Our South Campus houses the main office, Parsons hall, Toddler, and Lower Elementary classrooms and is located at 499 North Parham Road. Our newer North Campus houses Upper Elementary and Middle Stchool classrooms and the Performing Arts Center and is located at 501 N. Parham Road. We would love for you to visit us to learn more!
