Meg Johnson joined Richmond Montessori School in 2024. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Meg began her career in the corporate sector, spending over a decade at Prudential before taking on a variety of roles that broadened her expertise. Her journey eventually led her to independent schools in New Jersey, where she discovered a deep passion for working in education. Now in Virginia, Meg brings a wealth of experience and a joyful spirit to RMS. She finds daily inspiration in the happy faces of students—something she says no corporate role can match. Outside of work, Meg enjoys exploring new places around Virginia, reading, and tackling morning puzzles with enthusiasm.
