Kim Waite comes to RMS having taught in both private and public education. She earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and Masters of Education from Old Dominion University. Kim completed a Post-Masters degree in Administration and Supervision at George Washington University and a doctorate at Virginia Commonwealth University. As a tenacious lifelong learner, she enjoys sharing knowledge and discoveries with students of all ages. Kim loves spending time with her husband, Jon, and their three children and families. She also enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and traveling.
