Growing up in a family of educators, Beth believes that education is the surest path to a better future - for each individual and for our collective community. With a passion for education, she is continually amazed by the brilliance of teachers and students and is honored to have spent over 20 years working in schools. Beth focuses her leadership on deeply connecting with each individual in the RMS community, curiously collaborating, and together creating bold results under a shared vision. In addition to serving as the Head of Montessori School of Evergreen for nearly a decade, Beth has worked as a teacher, researcher, assistant, and interim head of school, administrator, and independent school consultant, most recently with Montessori Academy of Colorado. Beth was also on the Association of Colorado Independent Schools Board of Directors and Chair of the Membership Committee.
Beth holds a Primary Credential and her Anti-Bias, Antiracist Certification from the American Montessori Society, as well as a B.A. in History from the University of Colorado and a M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago.
