Kathleen Williams serves as a Lead Teacher in the Toddler program at Richmond Montessori School. She first joined the RMS community in 1999 as a parent, enrolling her own children, and began volunteering in their classrooms before officially joining the staff in 2002. After many years in the Primary program, Kathleen transitioned to working with toddlers in 2018 and earned her AMS credential in May 2020. She is passionate about creating hands-on, enriching experiences for young children, whether through gardening, cooking, outdoor education, or arts and crafts. Kathleen is dedicated to fostering independence and discovery in the thoughtfully prepared toddler environment, where children ages 18 months to three years can explore, grow, and thrive.
