Ali Condon serves as a Lead Teacher and is beginning her third year at Richmond Montessori School, and her second year in the lead role. She earned her AMS Early Childhood certificate in 2023 after moving from Connecticut to Virginia in 2021 with her husband. Ali is passionate about the Montessori philosophy and finds joy in witnessing children’s curiosity and development each day in the classroom. She is excited to begin another school year and looks forward to working closely with her students and their families.
