Leslie brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field of education, specializing in working with children with developmental disabilities. With a strong foundation as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Leslie transitioned to earning her Montessori credential from the Center for Guided Montessori Studies, enhancing her expertise in holistic education. Her diverse roles have included Primary Teaching Assistant, Infant Toddler Montessori Guide, Program Director, and consultant, showcasing her versatility and commitment to fostering educational growth.
Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Psychology-Organizational Behavior Management from Western Michigan University, equipping her with an understanding of behavior management and organizational dynamics. Outside of her professional life, Leslie enjoys quality time with her family at Lake Gaston. She is the proud mother of a 12-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter, and shares her home with two beloved pets, Porchia and Barley.
