Before joining Richmond Montessori School in 2019, Sally spent five years as a Primary Assistant at a British international school in Shanghai, followed by two years as a Lead Teacher at Confucius International School. She also organized cultural immersion experiences abroad for Chinese students each summer and managed an after-school enrichment program supporting children ages 5 to 18 with English learning and homework. Her curiosity and love for child-centered education led her to discover the Montessori philosophy, which quickly resonated with her both as a teacher and as a parent. Over the past six years, she has worked in both Toddler and Primary Montessori classrooms and recently completed her Early Childhood (3–6) Montessori teacher training. She is also a proud Montessori parent to a spirited 4½-year-old daughter and a new baby boy. She looks forward to a joyful year of learning ahead.
