Emily Smart serves as a Lead Teacher in the Primary program at Richmond Montessori School. Now in her sixth year at RMS, she earned her Early Childhood Montessori diploma in 2023 from the Virginia Center for Montessori Studies in Richmond. Emily is passionate about guiding children through these formative years, finding joy in their natural curiosity and growth each day. She feels honored to accompany students on their Montessori journey and is grateful for the opportunity to support the development of the whole child.
