Jessica Richards serves as a Lead Teacher in the Toddler program at Richmond Montessori School, where she has worked exclusively with toddlers for the past eight years. She earned her AMI Aid to Infancy (Toddler) diploma in 2018 and her AMI Primary diploma in 2014. Before moving to Richmond, Jessica worked for four years as a Lead Primary Teacher in Northern Virginia. She holds two undergraduate degrees in Environmental Studies and Social Work from George Mason University, as well as a Master of Education from Loyola University Maryland. In addition, she is a trained Virginia Master Naturalist. Jessica is also an RMS parent—her daughters, Josephine and Julia, are currently in 3rd grade and 1st grade.
